EULA - End User License Agreement

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. LICENSE GRANT. Nathan Hunt grants you a license to use one copy of this version of Maintenance Parts Bin on any one system for as many licenses as you purchase. "You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying Maintenance Parts Bin. You may not modify Maintenance Parts Bin or disable any licensing or control features of Maintenance Parts Bin except as an intended part of Maintenance Parts Bin's programming features. When you first obtain a copy of Maintenance Parts Bin, you are granted an evaluation period of not more than 30 days, after which time you must pay for Maintenance Parts Bin according to the terms and prices discussed in Maintenance Parts Bin's documentation, or you must remove Maintenance Parts Bin from your system. This license is not transferable to any other system, or to another organization or individual.

2.REFUND POLICY. Please use the 30 DAY trial period to make sure that the software works before purchasing a license. All of our software is fully functional during the trial period. None of our software requires registration to enable its functionaity.If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared, an email will be sent to you with the registration key and password to unlock the software. Once this information is emailed to you, there will be no refunds given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that Maintenance Parts Bin will perform to your satisfaction; therefore, you understand and agree that there is no refund policy for any purchase of Maintenance Parts Bin. We strongly recommend that all users download, install, and test the trial versions prior to making a purchase.

3. OWNERSHIP. Maintenance Parts Bin is owned and copyrighted by Nathan Hunt. Your license confers no title or ownership to Maintenance Parts Bin and should not be construed as a sale of any right to Maintenance Parts Bin .

IN NO EVENT SHALL NHUNTSOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF NHUNTSOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES

4. Support for Maintenance Parts Bin is offered by email, problems can only be resolved when a customer is willing to co-operate and give the proper details to troubleshoot the issue, if the customer is unco-operative there is not much anyone can do to help, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Nhuntsoftware cannot support third party software, such as operating systems, although Nhuntsoftware may make suggestions. It is recommended to contact support from the vendor of the third party software. Nhuntsoftware retains the right to refuse support for customers who are rude and persist on using foul language and are unco-operative in resolving an issue.
